You will receive free consultation, material sourcing, and design services guided by our in-house consultant. You will also get free samples if you proceed with the First Production Order. After that, we will update you regularly on the production process and conduct QC checks by our team to ensure your production is completed on time.

Sample purchases, retail materials, and design fees are to be paid in cash and cannot be paid in installments. For wholesale material purchases and production, we generally require a 50% down payment. However, large quantity purchases will qualify for a lower down payment. You can also apply for a loan for mass production or large quantity purchases.

The prices listed in the agreement do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs will be determined at checkout after entering the shipping address information.

We apologize, but we currently do not accept exchanges for size or design changes. Items may only be exchanged if there is an error on our part, such as incorrect size shipment, product defects, printing mistakes, or if the print result does not meet your expectations.

If you receive defective products, sizes that do not match the guide, or print results that do not meet your expectations, please send a photo of the product to our email at cs@lamonte.id for follow-up. Include your order code and a description of the issue with the product. Our customer support team will address this within a maximum of two business days. Please note that we do not accept exchanges for issues caused by incorrect size selection or image errors from the customer.

You can return products within 7 days (including weekends) from the date of receipt. The returned products must be sent back to our office in their original condition as received.

Returned products must be received by us no later than 14 days (including weekends) after the complaint process. If we do not receive the product within this timeframe, the complaint process will be considered complete.

There is a possibility that your tracking number has not yet been entered into the courier’s system. Generally, tracking numbers can be tracked on the day after shipping. If you are unable to track your package after one day, please contact us via WhatsApp, and we will continue to assist with verification and follow-up with the courier until your package safely reaches its destination.
